Im going to publish photos and text on two things that I like. food and art.
I made Kolhrabi the other night. just cut it up in matchsticks, saute some onions in real butter, and add the K. tastes marvelous. like broccoli stems said someone, but i preferred the kohlrabi. going to try Alice Waters's kohlrabi slaw soon!
